Honor Flight is a program that depends on volunteers.  These individuals help us to honor our veterans, in return for all they have sacrificed to make this a better world.  But without the support of our volunteers, we would not be able to provide our heroes with the opportunity to fly to DC to see the memorials created in their honor.  Many volunteer positions are available, including:

 Honor Flight Volunteers
  • Being at the airport to send off the veterans in the morning and to welcome them home in the evening
  • Preparing correspondence and other materials
  • Entering application information into the database
  • Mailing out requested information and other materials
  • Contacting veterans and guardians and making arrangements based on projected flight schedules.
